About the wine
Graševina,
fresh apple.
Crystal clear, pale yellow with a hint of fresh green. A rich nose with subtle fruit aromas of fresh apple and quince. It opens up straight away and grows stronger and longer with time in the glass.
On the palate it is gently intense and clean, full-bodied with plenty of extract. A dry wine whose fresh acidity keeps its complex flavours light, with a long finish in which new aromas keep unfolding.
This Graševina has the potential to age beautifully. Its power and aromatic richness stand up to spicier food, and it pairs exceptionally well with seafood, fish and shellfish.
